Globalwall FA C160

System for double-skin walls made of liner trays Hacierba® 160/600, filled by the mineral fiber insulation and the external trapezoidal sheet cladding. Thermal bridges in joints of liner trays are eliminated thanks to overlapping of the thermal insulation, exterior trapezoidal profile is anchored by spacing screws.

Composition:

• Mineral insulation of stone fiber decks th. 120+80mm for overlap 40mm, or th. 80+160mm for overlap 80mm
• Wide selection of facade and design trapezoidal profiles from thickness 0,63mm

Performance and characteristics:

• Thermal-insulation performance with the thermal transmittance UD = 0,150W/m².K (insulation overlap 80mm) or UD = 0,179W/m².K (insulation overlap 40mm)
• Excellent acoustic performance Rw = 55dB
• Fire resistance of the wall system to 120min for spans of supports to 7,5m
